Why Dwell Times Matter

Dwell time – This is the time period your disinfectant must stay wet on a surface to kill harmful bacteria and viruses. Dwell times vary from disinfectant manufacturers, but typically ranges from 10 to 15 minutes.

Time is money for cleaners, the burning question is “will they stand there waiting for dwell time efficacy?”

Note of caution, dwell times only apply if the surface remains wet, in QLD we find sprays evaporate quicker. Correct dilution rates MUST apply.
